Stephen M. Mitchell

Steve has led Sertec since 1995, taking the company from a formative idea to its place as the nation’s leading company in incident reporting management. Steve has helped lead Sertec to be the successful, debt-free company that it is after leading three other national companies and winning Walmart’s “Vendor of the Year” award with Norcom, Inc. Steve holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in industrial and systems engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, where he served as a trustee, and was selected for membership in the school’s Academy of Distinguished Engineering Alumni. A registered professional engineer, Steve is active in religious and civic organizations and is included in Who’s Who in Business and Industry, as well as Who’s Who in America since the year 2000 and recipient of Who’s who Lifetime Achievement Award.

David S. Yarbrough

Chief Financial Officer

David directs all aspects of finance, accounting, treasury, cost control, and reporting for Sertec and its subsidiaries. He is also responsible for benefits administration, facilities management, contract administration and stockholder relations. David is a past President of Financial Executives International Atlanta and facilitates the Past Presidents Forum. He worked in Southern Company’s service company and holding company for more than 15 years, pioneering cost accounting concepts. David holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Georgia State University. A Navy veteran, he is married to a Certified Public Accountant and has a CPA daughter. He is active in his community and his church, where he serves in leadership positions.

Ray Swenson

Chief Information Officer

Ray has been with Sertec since 1993, first as Vice President of IT, then as Chief Information Officer (CIO). Ray and his IT team handle all the technology for Sertec and its three subsidiary companies: Actec, DriverCheck and ServiceCheck. This includes the network, all server technology, workstations, and telephony. Ray’s background includes 16 years with AT&T in voice and data communications, as well as ownership of a technology development organization within the Credit Bureau and Housing Authority Industry. As CIO, Ray works on remaining current with rapidly changing technologies through participation in various development, systems, and telephony organizations.

Paul Neleman

Vice President of Sales and Marketing, ActecSystems

Paul is a graduate of Bryant University in Rhode Island with a Bachelors degree in Business management. During his career, he has served in multiple leadership roles in the Insurance space with his most recent experience serving 9 years with Zurich North America. Paul started with Actec Systems in 2010 and enjoys helping customers solve challenges with their FNOL intake along with helping create custom intake solutions. In the past 8 years, Paul has volunteered extensively with youth sports serving as the President of the Sandy Plains Softball Association as well as coaching multiple baseball and softball teams.

Scott Mitchell

Vice President and General Manager, ActecSystems

Scott has been with ActecSystems since October 2015 and has 15 years of experience in the retail & service industries. In his current position, he is responsible for the overall direction of the company, which includes managing the client services, quality assurance, hiring, staffing and center operations. Prior to joining ActecSystems, Scott worked at several large retailers located in and around the southeast, in process improvement roles. Scott has a background in public accounting, earning a bachelor’s degree in industrial & systems engineering and an MBA from Georgia Institute of Technology in 2003.

William Perry

General Manager, DriverCheck

William has been with DriverCheck since September of 2016 after assisting Sertec’s IT Department with documenting IT security procedures and updating security and governance documents and disaster recovery plans. As General Manager, he manages the day to day operations of DriverCheck. Prior to stepping into the business world, William had extensive history running nonprofits, and working for government offices and political campaigns. He has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia.

Lisa Fouche

Vice President and General Manager, ServiceCheck

With more than 20 years of experience in all aspects of ServiceCheck operations, Lisa has an in-depth understanding of contact center operations,  client services, and customer relationship management (CRM) software solutions. Along with many years spent directly in contact center management and telephony solutions, Lisa successfully managed the development and implementation of the state-of-the-art Falcon CRM software system, which supports all program solutions for ServiceCheck. She has worked with a broad range of Fortune 500 companies to develop strategies and programs aligned to their corporate growth and operating objectives. Lisa holds a degree in finance from the University of Georgia.

Rich Flaherty

Vice President Sales and Marketing, ServiceCheck

Rich joined Sertec in 2011, after spending 20 years running business service companies. Rich brings extensive experience with both B2B and B2C service companies, along with an understanding of contact center operations, customer relationship management (CRM) solutions, direct marketing and sales. While at ServiceCheck, Rich has led the sales and marketing function which has produced growth in 19 of the last 20 quarters; resulting in revenue growth of close to 150% during this period. Rich has successfully helped build the companies he worked for at an annualized rate of 20% during the course of his career, including companies with revenues ranging from $8 million to over $200 million. Rich holds a business degree from the University of Notre Dame.
